Hello, I’m Ben Stone, a 16-year old computer enthusiast from the glorious (pheh..) state of Victoria, Australia. I’m really into computers, mainly computer programming and networking, and I’m in to music as well (I’ve been playing the keyboard for about 8 years now, and I also play an alto sax)
You’re probably wondering, geh, why has this kid gone to the trouble of setting up a blog like this, he sounds like someone who belongs on MSN Spaces. No, I decided I wanted to do things properly, with a domain and proper hosting. I’ve been meaning to set up a blog for a while, but I just hadn’t gotten around to it, but now I have finally decided to take the plunge. Also, I decided to do it partly because I require a blog for a work placement thing which I’ll be doing later on in the year: it’s going to be exciting.
I’m going to try and post on here as often as I can, and this site will evolve as I add new things to it. (That’s what I like about WordPress, it’s expandable!) I’ll also eventually be getting a new theme for it, so you won’t have to tolerate the plain-old default theme. Over the next few weeks I’ll start posting some background info about me, and the things I have achieved – heh, most of my main acheivements have occured in the last three months, but more on that later.
So, anyway, welcome, have fun, subscribe to my RSS feed, try the veal, etc.

And I understand how annoyed you are with Steve Jobs … after seeing the MacWorld keynote today, where he made the only Apple laptop which isn’t going to be soon obsolete over A$3000. But meh.
Oh, yes, that’s something I neglected to mention in my intro, I’m slightly more supportive of Microsoft than Apple, mainly cause I use Microsoft stuff more than I use Apple stuff. Also I very much like open-source stuff, like Linux. But don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fanboy for any one side.
